The Macallan Harmony is part of the new Harmony Collection, a series born from the collaboration with Jordi Roca, pastry chef of the three-star restaurant El Celler de Can Roca.

From this meeting, aimed at celebrating the link between the world of chocolate and that of whiskey, The Macallan Rich Cacao is born, a Single Malt Scotch Whiskey with evident and captivating notes of chocolate.
Aged in American and European ex-Sherry oak barrels, this first edition of the Harmony Collection combines notes of dark chocolate with those of honey, vanilla, dates and cinnamon.
