A rum from Antigua, aged for five years in ex bourbon casks and finished for up to six months in oloroso sherry casks. On the nose it has a rich and sweet sherry character, with aromas of red berries and caramel. The palate opens into flavors of toasted oak, rich vanilla, ripe cherries and a hint of citrus.
