Silent Pool gin is made in the hills of Surrey from 24 botanicals distilled in different and customized ways to extract the best from their essence.

The most bitter botanicals are macerated for 24 hours; the most floral and volatile ones rest in alcohol to prevent them from releasing unwanted aromas and then are distilled; finally, the most delicate botanicals are placed in a basket on top of the still. Before the distillation process begins, 3 more botanicals are added directly: bergamot, fresh pear and especially locally sourced honey, one of the most distinctive elements of this gin.

Thanks to this complex method, the juniper remains prevalent, maintaining a great aromatic and taste balance.
