IGP Côtes de Gascogne produced in the Mauvezin D’Armagnac area on sandy clay soil on late harvest. Maceration takes place on the skins for one night while fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperature on the yeasts. Powerful and very fruity on the nose. Soft and very round on the palate. Notes of fresh fruit stand out with light hints of cedar and apricot. Extremely long and satisfying finish.
