Isautier 16 y.o. 2005 Melasse is a traditional rum from batch #38.

Aged in May 2005 and bottled in November 2021 in only 575 bottles, it is an incredibly complex and at once very fresh rum with notes of caramel, coffee, dark chocolate and heather honey. A beautifully mature expression with floral and deeply mineral fragrances.
