The 2024 Castelcerino Peaks & Valleys Soave Classico DOC white wine from Villa Della Torre was awarded 92 Falstaff points in 2025 by Othmar Kiem and Simon Staffler. It is made from the Garganega grape, originally from the Veneto region. Pale straw yellow with lively green reflections. Initially restrained on the nose, the wine opens up over time, revealing citrus notes with subtle savory hints. Very fresh on the palate, with lively acidity, dominated by grapefruit and apple. Harmonious in itself, slightly mineral.
