The Valpolicella Classico Superiore signed Villa della Torre was born reflecting the concept of the French "Chateau"; it is in fact obtained from the vineyards surrounding the Renaissance villa that constitutes the winery, just outside the town of Fumane. The use of corvinone, along with lower percentages of corvina and rondinella, was favored in the choice of the blend; this varietal in fact gives the wine great finesse and an extraordinary qualitative balance both on the nose and palate.
It announces itself to the eye with a ruby red color, not too intense. Raspberry and wild berries alternate with hints of spices and nuances of vanilla. It enters the mouth with a fine sip, elegantly orchestrated on a well-integrated tannic texture, with a fresh drink. It closes with a lingering finish.
