La Bruja de Rozas of Comando G was born about 100 km from Madrid in the easternmost part of the national territory.
The pure Garnacha grapes of Comando G's "Bruja de Rozas" grow in vineyards composed of plants approximately 50-90 years old, located at a height of approximately 900 meters above sea level. The cultivation regime chosen is biodynamic with the use of natural decoctions to increase and encourage the fertility of the soil. The land is cultivated with the help of horses, so as not to ruin the various layers and ensure excellent plant growth. The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts in amphora and subsequently refined for about 8 months in oak barrels.
It appears ruby red with brilliant reflections. On the nose there are hints of red fruits, orange peel and herbaceous notes on the finish. On the palate it is rustic and true with an extreme elegance that entices alice after glass. It is recommended in combination with grilled, stewed red meats and game; also interesting with dishes based on seasonal vegetables. Excellent wine recommended for family gatherings, sipping an authentic and genuine wine.
