This Armagnac is a blend of different casks and was created by domaine de Belair. It matured for at least 27 years in oak barrels and was bottled in 2021 (11/2021) in cask with 52.2% from cask no. 8L. An Alambic Armagnacais (column still) was used for the distillation.

The nose is overwhelmed by creamy and addictive aromas of milk chocolate, nuts, caramel and coffee: a liquid truffle dessert and immediately afterwards by a sparkling note of orange peel and melted caramel.

On the palate you can clearly perceive roasted coffee, dark chocolate and stewed apricots and in the finish we are accompanied by grilled oranges and Crème Brûlée.
