Produced by R.Seale of Foursquare Distillery in the Caribbean islands of Barbados.     

It presents itself to the eyes with a bright honey color, decidedly fragrant, delicate and sweet with its deep note of vanilla, mixed with a marked note of Sherry Oloroso. It evolves with gentle scents of banana, apricot jam and a slight presence of red fruits. In the background, a slight note of tobacco makes it harmonious and persuasive.

In the mouth it is medium-bodied, slightly dry and spicy, with notes of cinnamon, cloves, anise, vanilla, mixed with Sherry and bitter cocoa tips. Medium long finish, sometimes “balsamic” with a light note of eucalyptus.

A good Barbados Rum, pleasant, satisfying and which we believe will not disappoint lovers of a lighter style.
