Mhoba Select White is born from a 7-10 day fermentation process, using 100% freshly pressed sugarcane juice, and is distilled in the exclusive handcrafted pot stills of the Mhoba distillery in the South African province of Mpumalanga. Distillation involves separating the product into different “cuts,” which are then evaluated and assigned to various blends. This rum, with a congener content at the time of distillation of 839.7 g/hlpa, of which 614.6 g/hlpa are esters, is the result of a special blend of the white “cuts.” A world first in a limited edition.
