This small batch Blended Scotch Whiskey is made from single malt and single grain carefully selected by the Thompson Brothers. All were aged for more than 6 years before being blended together and left to rest before being bottled directly at Dornoch Distillery. The whiskey components have been selected to celebrate maturation in sherry and its character is inspired by the sherry blends of the past. Bottled at 46% without artificial coloring or cold filtering. Awarded Gold Medal at the Scottishfield Whiskey Challenge and Bronze Medal at the Scottish Whiskey Awards 2022.
