Valinch & Mallet, the young but already experienced independent Italian bottler, has selected this young 8 year old from the various releases of 2016, coming from a "secret" distillery on the south coast of the Isle of Islay.

Trying it, I don't think it will be at all difficult for you to understand that this is the distillery that starts with L and ends with a letter other than G and which celebrated its bicentenary last year (still young, but they will certainly make their way).

Luckily we're talking about Islay, so it's not Loch Dhu!

Matured in ex-bourbon barrels, it was bottled at 48.8%, to try and try again!!
