It is a blend composed of 84% grain whiskey and 16% malt whiskey. Aging is at least three years in oak barrels that contained Bourbon. We like it for how it surprises us, after its delicacy on the nose, with its decisive approach to the palate and for its interminable and elegantly spicy finish.
