Tintilia, the native grape par excellence, is considered a small jewel of nature and has been cultivated here since the end of the 18th century! This pink version was born under the watchful eye of the centuries-old Rowan tree, also depicted on the label, which dominates the rows in the 'Lame' area, on the Ripalimosani hills and obtains its enchanting color from a short maceration (a few hours) in contact with the skins. The fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts and the processes are exclusively in steel, so as not to change the organoleptic characteristics of the vine. Praise to its land, it is an authentic wine, worth trying!
Bright rosé colour, on the nose it releases fruity notes of fresh raspberries and wild strawberries, then pink grapefruit and face powder with a hint of geranium. The tasting amazes with stylistic cleanliness, freshness, gracefulness, in a context of delicacy but, at the same time, personality and depth that only the great natives can show when they are in the right place. The finish is long and fresh, reminiscent of wild rose hips.
Perfect wine for an appetizer based on mixed cold cuts and not overly mature cheeses, it goes well with white meats and not too structured first courses. Try it with veal pizzaiola.
