The third edition of Hampden Pagos is composed of a blend of 16 casks of the HLCF mark distilled in 2021 and 2022, which were then placed to mature in July and August 2022 in 500-liter ex-Sherry casks from Bodegas Fundador. The strength has been reduced to 52°. Pagos is the first ever experiment in aging Hampden rum in ex-Sherry casks, and the name Pagos derives precisely from the definition of plots and terroir in the Sherry tradition.
