The majority of the grapes are grown near Bolzano at the entrance to the Eisack Valley at an elevation of 500 to 800 m above sea level on sandy porphyry-based soils. The remaining grapes are grown in the "Girlan" subzone in the Oltradige hills at an elevation of 450 - 500 m above sea level in well-ventilated vineyards. The production soil is rich in minerals, formed from sediments from the Ice Age.

Harvesting is done manually in small containers for transport to the winery. Gentle crushing and racking for natural sedimentation of the must. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Maturation on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Müller Thurgau is the result of a cross between Riesling and Sylvaner. The cluster is sparse and has fragrant yellowish-green berries. A delicate hint of nutty aromatics and its moderate acidity are much appreciated. This wine goes well with appetizers, seafood, grilled fish and white meat.
