Waterford Biodynamic Luna 1.1 is the first single malt Irish whiskey produced exclusively with local biodynamic barley and following the lunar cycles.

Trevor Harris, John McDonnell and Alan Mooney are the three biodynamic barley producers involved in this project. This whiskey is aged in a combination of barrels: 35% first fill American oak; for 17% American virgin oak; for 26% Premium French oak; for 22% Vin Doux Naturel oak.

A sought-after product resulting from a project that is receiving continuous acclaim.
