A blend of three carefully selected Caribbean rums: a young Cuban rum, a 10-year-old Venezuelan Solera, and a 16-year-old Caroni. The result is a perfect alchemy of brightness and woodiness, smoothness and roundness, power and structure. All left to rest for a year in Scotland inside barrels that contained Caroni and Demerara rum.
