Produced by R.Seale of Foursquare Distillery. Barbados Rum Doorly's 14 Years is a blend of single column and pot still distilled rums, aged at least 14 years, aged in barrels previously used for the refinement of Bourbon and Portuguese Madeira fortified wine.

Coppery in color with reddish reflections, the nose releases complex aromas of blackberry, plum and pomegranate accompanied by toasted notes derived from the prolonged passage in cask. In the mouth it is soft, with hints of black cherry that mix with notes of ginger and chocolate.

Excellent to be tasted neat, it can be used to make refined cocktails.
