This is a rum not aged by the fantastic Long Pond distillery in Jamaica.

In this case, their Highest Estermarque has been bottled, which is at 1500-1700 Esteri at 60% gradation, gradation therefore very similar to the others of the Origin series.
Suitable for being rum can be tasted smoothly and is absolutely fantastic in a Daiquiri.
