Clairin Vaval 10 Récolte 2022 is a premium addition to the Clairin lineup, produced at Fritz Vaval’s Arrawaks distillery, located in Cavaillon, in southeastern Haiti. The sugarcane variety used is Madame Meuze, grown entirely naturally.

Clairin Vaval is made from pure sugarcane juice, naturally fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in a still that is distinctly artisanal in character.

This tenth edition, from the 2022 harvest, reflects Clairin Vaval’s commitment to quality and artisanal tradition.

The production process in Cavaillon, shaped by the rich variety of sugarcane and natural production techniques, continues to set Clairin Vaval apart as an authentic expression of the Haitian terroir.
