This Vieux Sajous continues the series of the 2018 edition Sajous and the Sajous in ex Caroni cask.

This Clairin is produced from Cristalline sugar cane which is grown in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye. This blend of 18 mixed barrels containing rum and whiskey was distilled in 2019 and then aged for 5 years in Haiti at the distillerie de Port-au-Prince.
