Vieux Sajous 5 Y.O. is a Clairin made from Cristalline sugar cane that is grown in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye.

This blend of 18 blended barrels that have contained rum and whiskey was distilled in 2018 and then aged for 5 years in Haiti at the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince.
