An unusual Sauvignon for this area, but surprisingly pleasant and satisfying, produced by the Agricolavinica company.

It comes from vines located in a particular area of ​​the Lama del Gallo, on calcareous-sandy soils. After a manual harvest during the first ten days of October, the product is left to ferment in small steel tanks. It is then left to age in steel for 12 months and in the bottle for another 3.

At the sight straw yellow, rather intense. On the nose we find notes of citrine and wild flowers, with the addition of clearly the typical aroma of this wine. In the mouth it is fresh and well balanced, full-bodied and persistent. Pleasant and long finish.

A full-bodied product, unusual for these areas but certainly well made.
