Vini Italia Abruzzo

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine comes from pure grapes of the grape variety of the same name, from vineyards located in the province of Teramo. Harvesting is done as usual manually, with careful sorting of the grapes both in the vineyard and in the winery. After destemming, the must remains in contact with the skins for about 10-15 days, and fermentation takes place spontaneously. It is then transferred to steel, where it will naturally undergo malolactic fermentation and rest for a period of about 6 months on the fine lees. After a further one-month rest in bottle, the wine is put on the market.

Cirelli Montepulciano drops into the glass with an intense ruby color, typical of the Abruzzese grape. The nose is immediately a statement of intent, sincere and fragrant in all its exuberant youth: baskets of red fruit, violets and juniper berries dominate, and intertwine with a delicate earthy note in the background. The sip is juicy and snappy, already splendid when enjoyed on its own, yet it loudly recalls a variety of preparations, ranging from typical arrosticini to fish soups with sauce. Dynamic and pliant, this is an everyday wine that wins you over with its vitality as well as its remarkable value for money.
