The Champagne Brut Nature from the historic Ayala winery expresses freshness and elegance from the very first sips, proving suitable for any occasion. The blend is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes and then the bottle rests on its lees for about 48 months. The color is golden yellow with brilliant reflections and is presented in the glass with a fine and persistent perlage, the aromas released reveal notes of crisp white-fleshed fruit, citrus and dried fruit. The taste is complex but direct, savory, mineral and with a long finish.
