Ingredients: Blend of grains (whole spelt flour, rye flour, buckwheat flour, oat flour) 50.74% in varying portions, French butter, eggs from free-range hens, icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), Muscovado cane sugar, Sicilian orange blossom honey 2.24%, leavening agent (sodium phosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), whole sea salt.
