The rosé wine L'Antidoto di Valfieri is born in vineyards located on the hills of Costigliole d'Asti for the Barbera grapes, of Neive, Barbaresco and Serralunga d'Alba for the Nebbiolo grapes.

The grapes are macerated for an hour on the skins, then the must is separated using the Saignée method. They are subsequently vinified in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, and then aged for 6 months, again in stainless steel, and 2 months in the bottle.

Pale pink in colour, the wine reveals aromas of rose and small red fruits. The sip is immediate, with a discreet persistence.

Perfect in combination with cold cuts and cheese starters, legume soups and grilled white meats.
