Column distilled from a mixture of fresh sugar cane juice and molasses (not a Cachaca therefore) it immediately struck us in the heart with its unexpected bold character, a great surprise from the Epris distillery! Aging 6 years tropical and the remaining on the continent.

A sip of rum wouldn't be complete without a Jamaican rum and we didn't want to disappoint you! Straight from the Clarendon Distillery, this tropical fruit bomb will hold its ground with hits of overripe pineapple, banana and mango. 8 tropical years.

Choosing the first Cognac was not an easy task, the first impression is only one and we really didn't want to disappoint, Tercinier has been known for years for the exceptional quality and style of its Cognacs and we simply couldn't say no to this barrel. Not a cognac drinker? Well, it's time to try it and throw everything you thought you knew about Cognac in the trash. Trust us, we did it!

Here too, a first time. This Trinidad distillery has already proven countless times how good its rum is, it's about time we gave it the place it deserves alongside its more well-known (and grossly inflated if you don't mind saying) neighbor in our collection! 5 tropical years.
