The Distillery Edition, here in the 2023 version, is a blend of the marks most representative of the unique style of rums from Hampden Estate, a historic Jamaican distillery in operation since 1753. Located in the province of Trelawny, in the grand cru of Jamaican rum, and operated since 2009 by the Hussey family, Hampden Estate is known for having the best plots

of land in the country, with one of the highest yields per hectare. A unique rum is produced here, featuring spring water, extended fermentations with wild yeasts, distillations in copper double retort pot stills, tropical aging in ex-bourbon barrels, and no added sugar or additives.

Like previous editions, these official bottlings represent a historic moment for the distilled spirits world, as this is a rum normally available for purchase only from the distillery, or in very rare editions outside the Jamaican market.
