The 2022 vintage of "Le Pergole Torte" comes from 2.5 hectares of Sangiovese vineyards, out of the winery's 18 hectares. Its long journey begins in the vineyard, where the grapes are meticulously selected, and continues with fermentation, first alcoholic and then malolactic, in concrete tanks. Aging begins in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months, continues in barriques for another 12 months, and concludes with 6 months of bottle aging.

It is a well-rounded Sangiovese, rich, complex, and layered, a true icon of its terroir.

It fills the glass with its noble ruby ​​red, shining like a precious stone. The bouquet immediately captivates with its complexity and olfactory elegance: red fruit, noble spices, cocoa, and coffee against a mineral and graphite background. An aristocratic wine, distinguished on the palate by its refined structure.
