The Minuccio Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC from the Zappacosta winery is produced from 100% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo vines, its production area is Chieti, it has an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. It has an intense straw yellow color. Pleasantly fruity, marked minerality, good freshness and persistence, long and complex finish. The vinification takes place through 48-hour cryomaceration and 48-hour maceration with soft pressing; spontaneous fermentation. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel at a temperature of 16-17 degrees. End of batonnage fermentation lasting 2 months. Unfiltered product. It pairs well with fish-based dishes, cod, white meats and soups. Also excellent for aperitifs.
