Amara Bark contains all the scents and aromas of the volcanic agricultural countryside, and together it looks to environmental sustainability: in fact, during the summer pruning of the family orange groves, the bark of the strongest branches is taken. This wood rich in sap and with an intense aroma, instead of being disposed of, is thus ennobled in the production of a unique amaro, produced by letting the bark rest in alcoholic infusion for six months together with the wild herbs of Etna, to which are added then spring water that flows at 1200 meters on the volcano and very little sugar.

The result is a highly complex amaro, rich in vegetal scents.
