The 2025 edition of Appleton Estate 1999 Hearts Collection Pure Single Rum represents a new chapter in one of the most iconic series of contemporary Jamaican rum. Indeed, the Hearts Collection was created with the aim of showcasing the most authentic soul of Appleton Estate: 100% pot still releases, often from single "marks" or extremely select blends, designed to detail the technical and aromatic style of the distillery.

This bottling links directly to its "brother" launched in 2020, when the same distillate was presented with 21 years of aging. Today, five years later, we find that rum at 26 years, aged entirely in a tropical climate in Jamaica before being bottled in 2025. The result is an even deeper expression, built on a blend of 7 selected casks, all from pot still distillation and belonging to a single mark, in which aging has donated a remarkable difference in congeners from the previous release.

A rare evolution, allowing the same distillate to be observed through two distinct moments in its life.
