The Champagne Brut "Majeur" from the ancient Ayala winery is an explosion of freshness and flavor perfect for celebrating important occasions with friends. This label is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes and aged on its lees for 3 years. In the glass it has a light yellow color with brilliant reflections and a fine and persistent perlage; notes of white-fleshed fruit, orange blossom and definite hints of yeast emerge on the nose. The sip is fresh, mineral, creamy, fruity, with a balanced and long finish.
