The name "448 s.l.m." indicates the geographical positioning of the historic farm of the Girlan Winery, which is situated on 448 m altitude. Historical grape varieties from our production area are grouped in this wine. Here, the soils are rich in minerals, formed from sediments from the Ice Age.
Harvesting is done manually in small containers for transport to the winery. Gentle crushing and racking for natural sedimentation of the must. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging on fine yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
With this wine we want to express the typicality of white wines from our production area. Freshness and delicate aromas, acidity and balance with a light aromatic note distinguish this wine. Ideal as an aperitif wine
