St. Kilian 6 Y.O. ex Sherrry Cask represents the last bottling of 2024 in Whiskyfacile's The Black Cat series. Six and a half years of aging in disused NATO bunkers in the Odenwald mountains in Bavaria have worked miracles and given birth to a pan-European whisky: distilled from malt from the Scottish Highlands peated to 80 ppm, aged in Germany in a Pedro Ximenez ex-sherry cask.
