The Bally Pyramide 7 Y.O. is an agricultural rum inspired by traditional Cognac production methods. After 7 years of aging in ex bourbon American white oak barrels, the rum is bottled in the iconic "Pyramide" bottle, designed by Jacques Bally himself in 1930. Its slow aging in a tropical climate, characteristic of Bally rum, gives it aromas soft and refined. It is the rum that must not be missing in the bottle of enthusiasts. It has a pleasant and medium complex drinkability. When mixed, it can be diluted with ginger beer and garnished with a long lemon zest for a Horses Neck Twist.
