Aged 15 years, Paul Giraud Napoleon is produced according to traditional methods, with Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, Colombard grapes harvested mainly by hand and from organic farming, far from pesticides, chemicals and the addition of additives to the final blend. The high quality is obtained thanks to the meticulous work on the raw materials which ensures maximum respect for the grapes.
