A dry, crisp and clean gin with Mediterranean notes, perfect with tonic water or ginger ale, or even mixed in a Gin and It, Dirty Martini or Red Snapper

Clear in color.

On the nose it expresses itself with crunchy juniper and citrus fruits, angelica, jellies, olive, basil, sage, rosemary, grass, moss and fruit.

In the mouth it is clean and soft with a deliciously oily mouthfeel. Juniper and citrus beautifully balanced with basil, rosemary, bay leaves, olives, capers, celery and butter biscuits.

It is recommended to consume it pure and open for at least 15 minutes, but also as an aperitif, in cocktails or long drinks, with tonic or sparkling water, soft drinks or even fruit juices or as a dessert.
