is a mix of over 10 Italian cultivars
and autochthonous Croatians, from historic plants cultivated, such as vines, which have always been organically grown. The olives are harvested by hand and in boxes at about one third / half of veraison to ensure fresh and varietal aromas while keeping the antioxidants intact and a balanced spicy sensation.
