Raised with Abruzzo pergola with hand harvesting of the vines. Crushing and soft pressing of the grapes. The must obtained is fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature to preserve its aromas and clarity.
At the end of fermentation, after a short period of refinement, the wine is bottled.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections.
Delicate and intense on the nose with strong floral notes such as broom and acacia and fruity notes such as apple and citrus fruits.
On the palate it is enveloping, structured, with good freshness and persistence, with a pleasantly almondy finish.
