In honor of the 900th anniversary of the founding of the Carthusian monastic order, the Liqueur du 9 Centenaire was produced in extremely limited quantities and in numbered bottles. It is a prestigious and perfectly balanced blend of refined and distinctive liqueurs, the recipe for which remains largely a secret.

Pale yellow with greenish hues, the nose immediately reveals character with sharp, minty, and resinous notes, evoking eucalyptus, star anise, licorice, black pepper, juniper, and lemon. The palate is syrupy and sweet, with minty notes and rich flavors of cocoa, anise, and citrus, leading to a persistent finish that lingers on the palate.
