The new Habitation Velier Renegade is produced from pure cane juice sourced from Old Bacolet, on the southern coast of Grenada. This area, the first on the island to be cultivated by the French, lies on a plain between two small streams, where the Cain sugarcane variety grows. Distilled in Forsyths stills after a long 195-hour fermentation at a controlled temperature, it has a congener content of 328.1 g/hlpa, of which 127.9 g/hlpa are esters. Bottled in 2025, limited edition.
