Wild Series No 56 rum is a rum from Fiji.
The small country of Fiji is an archipelago located in the Pacific Ocean, about 2000 kilometers north of New Zealand. It is home to a rum distillery, South Pacific Distillery, which produces phenomenal rum.
Rum is made from molasses and distilled in a still.
The rum is aged very carefully in the continental climate for 3 years and 10 months in an Oloroso barrel.
This aging has made the flavor profile a star in its own right, with lots of fruit and some heavy spicy notes, almost like a rum from Jamaica.
