This surprising Calvados continues the Drouin maison's exploration of Jamaican high esters rums. Kept for seven months in old barrels from the Plantation Long Pond (ITP 1995), Drouin Experimental has notes of brown sugar, melon, papaya and apple, and was bottled in 1890 pieces.
