Notes: produced with Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards in the Roero. 

The nose is perfumed with aromas of cherry, violet and vanilla. Medium-bodied with hints of cherry and spices and a persistent finish. Pairing: first courses with meat, eggs with truffles, aged cheeses
