The Sassicaia of Tenuta San Guido 2020 comes from a particularly suitable 75-hectare vineyard, in which the parcels have different characteristics, with limestone formations and a high stony content, a particularity from which the toponym "sassicaia" probably derives. The exposure of the land is to the west and south-west. Fermentation takes place in steel, at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins for about 10 days. The refinement of the Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC of Tenuta San Guido takes place in French oak barriques for 24 months, with subsequent rest in the bottle.
