This blend of agricultural rums of more than 5 years has been aged exclusively in small barrels that previously contained bourbon. The nose is dense, the attack notes are spicy on notes of carnation flowers and pepper, the aromas then evolve on aromas of fruit such as ripe banana. The mouth is full, soft and long in a spicy finish. The particular climate of the Caribbean allows to accelerate the maturation period of rums and to fully develop their subtle aromas. The Drouin family, famous producer of Calvados for three generations, ensures the continuation of aging, selections and blends.
